Them ol' buggers

Hideho everyone.

I am working as a beer importer, but for a sake brewer. While it's easy for me to comprehend beer and learn quickly - not in the least because I like the gold liquor - it is quite different for sake... because honestly, for me it tastes like nothing.
...

Imagine what a shock it was when I heard I had to follow a training for three weeks in the sake brewery!! Well, all in all it was alright. I even adored the rice harvesting (luckily we had one, because I couldn't go to Matsumoto), but I don't feel I've learned anything. Don't ask me how to make sake, cause I will answer that you have to boil rice in beer. And during the testing of the sake without labels, I didn't get a single one right...

Anyway, during the days in the brewery I noticed all the part-time workers were older than 60. Of course it is all about an ageing society, but really, if you see those old guys hopping around (and drinking themselves to death just to revive the next day), it makes the Benidorm Bastards look like walking corpses. Respect for those old buggers, even if I don't understand a single word they mumble or swear.
